At House of Grace Ministries, we believe that we are our brothers keeper & reach out in love to those who need a helping hand to move forward in life! We invest in people and believe that with God, "all things are possible."
Whether someone is homeless, getting out of a treatment facility, correctional facility or in a crisis situation, we reach out to address the immediate needs as funds allow. Food, clothing, bus passes and guiding an individual with available social services for their situation are some of the things that we assist with.
Currently we are primarily active in three outreaches in the greater Danbury, CT area:
Weekly community food distribution - for families/individuals who are in need of food/toiletries
Step Up Into Housing - for the homeless moving into apartments, providing furniture/household items
Home for Heroes - a temporary home for our US Veterans
